Add iOS Simulator

If accidentally deleted all simulator, when start XCode - Open Developer Tool - iOS Simulator
will prompt error.

To add them back:
XCode - Window - Device - add Simulators

In Appcelerator Studio, if still not showing iOS Simulator, open Terminal:
ti sdk select 4.1.0.GA
