[SenchaTouch] Touch Event fire sequence

Tap Hold on iPad will fire sencha touch events in following sequence:

touchstart > touchdown > touchend > tap > singletap

NOTE: Highlight indicator's movement will not trigger any SenchaTouch events.

Double Tap on iPad will fire sencha touch events in following sequence:

touchstart > touchend> tap > singletap > touchstart > touchend > tap > doubletap
