MSSQL Save Table Schema Error

After modifying a table in Design view and trying to save it, encounter the Save Fail error.
"Saving changes that require table re-creation.... "

Goto Tools > Options > Designer > Table and Database Designers >
uncheck "Prevent saving changes that require table re-creation"
